The Administration & Finance department handles the Town’s day-to-day administration, budgeting, billing, and financial management. It is led by the Town Manager and staffed through Town Hall.
What we handle
- Utility billing and account services
- Town budget preparation and financial reporting
- Business licenses and permits
- Records requests (FOIA) and general administration
